This policy covers the terms related to the shipment and delivery of products.

 

Shipment of Products

 

We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order the delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.

The selected product will be delivered only in the city it is mentioned as available on this Site. HEALTHY ELEMENT shall not be held responsible for damage of products after delivery. HEALTHY ELEMENT will contact the customer on the first time & confirm the date, time & address of delivery. If the delivery fails due to following reasons, HEALTHY ELEMENT will contact the customer 2nd time to deliver goods & levy delivery charges for the second attempt. In case the customer refuses to pay the second time delivery charges, HEALTHY ELEMENT will cancel that particular order. Delivery of an order could take minimum of 4 days and also maximum of 12 days depending upon various factors like the delivery pincode, unforseen natural calamity, lockdown, wrong information in delivery address, delay from the concern courier company, etc.

HEALTHY ELEMENT will consider the order delivery failed in the following cases

  • Delivery not done due to wrong address.
  • Recipient not available.
  • Premises locked.

In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.

In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, we will inform you about the same.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the delivery challan copy and returned to the delivery person.

 

Delivery Charges

 

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

 

Cash on Delivery can be used as payment method only for an order not exceeding Rs. 19,999/-. The order value limit could be lower depending on the pin code of your address. Cash on Delivery can be used as payment method only for an order of at least Rs. 499/-. The order value limit could be higher depending on the pin code of your address. Convenience fees of Rs. 50 will be charged on orders placed using Cash on Delivery. However, for a limited period, no convenience fees will be charged on any orders placed using Cash on Delivery. Cash on Delivery cannot be used to pay for orders with same address but different accounts.

Healthy 1-Year membership cannot be purchased using Cash on Delivery as a payment method. The order amount has to be paid in full before receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. The package can be opened only after the payment is made. The cash collected if found fake, torn, struck with tape and /or wet will not be accepted.

The collected currency notes will be checked by Healthy Element and will be returned if found fake, torn, struck with tape and /or wet until 48 hours after it is being collected. For the purpose of proof, the customer paying the cash amount can take a picture of the currency notes they are paying with. In this case Healthy Element cannot be blamed for fraud, cheating or any such claims.
