Product Returns

 

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible. All food products or related items are not eligible for any kind of return.

 

Exchange

 

Let's Gonuts will accept exchange purchased through the website www.letsgonuts.in, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:

• Exchange requests will be entertained only in case the product(s) received by the buyer are in damaged or expired condition. All the refunds would be in the form of store credit only.
• Buyer has to inform Let's Gonuts of his/her intention to exchange the damaged/expired products within 48 hrs of receipt of the goods at his/her shipping address. For damaged/expired products, images of the product along with batch number must be emailed to Let's Gonuts on info@letsgonuts.in
• Exchange orders are to be sent back to the following address: HEALTHY ELEMENT, No. 1/3 Kanniah Street, Kondithope, Chennai - 600001

 

Cancellation Policy

Customer can request for cancellation only within 24 hours after placing the order or before their order is dispatched which ever is earlier.
